Saint Ignatius of Loyola wanted Jesuit schools to be open to all people, irrespective of their financial means. Xavier College, together with the Xavier College Foundation, is therefore committed to offering bursary support for prospective students.
The principle criterion for the provision of a bursary is a demonstrable, means-tested inability to afford a Xavier education. The number of bursaries and percentage of bursary support offered to prospective students is dependent on the bursary application, financial application and funds available for that particular year.
Applications for 2019 will close on Thursday 29 March 2018.

- How to apply for a Xavier College Bursary
Step 1: Review the criteria for Bursary Support
Step 2: Contact the Head of Admissions, Di Odgers by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (03) 9854 5307
Step 3: Complete the required form/s and prepare the following supporting documentation:
- Bursary application
- a copy of your son's Semester 2 2017 report
- a copy of latest NAPLAN test results
- a copy of your son's Baptism Certificate
Step 4: Please place copies (no originals) of all required forms and other documentation into an envelope, without folders or plastic pockets.
Step 5: Send all required documentation to the Head of Admissions, 135 Barkers Road, Kew, Vic 3101.
Applications with all the required documentation must be received by the Head of Admissions at Xavier College no later than Thursday 29 March 2018.
Notification of results: To be advised
