In our pursuit of human excellence and a commitment to inclusion and understanding, Xavier College and the Xavier College Foundation are committed to offering Bursary support for prospective students for whom our fees present a barrier.

This means-assisted support is considered on the basis of application, financial information of circumstances and records of character.

Bursary applications for 2021 are closed.

How to apply for a Xavier College Bursary

Step 1: Review the list of Bursaries available and criteria for Bursary support.

Step 2: Contact the Admissions Section by emailing admissions@xavier.vic.edu.au or phone 03 9854 5307

Step 3: Complete the required form/s and prepare the following supporting documentation:

  • Bursary application
  • a copy of your son's report
  • a copy of latest NAPLAN test results
  • a copy of your son's Birth Certificate
  • a copy of your son's Baptism Certificate

Step 4: Please place copies (no originals) of all required forms and other documentation into an envelope, without folders or plastic pockets.

Step 5: Send all required documentation to:

Applications with all the required documentation must be received by the Head of Admissions at Xavier College.
