At Xavier College we employ people across all demographics who are deeply committed to the education of young people. Our teaching and support staff are highly skilled professionals and demonstrate an affinity for the Jesuit tradition of Cura Personalis, the care of the individual.
Our staff are keenly immersed in the wider Xavier community and engage further through volunteer work with the Xavier Social Justice Network and sport coaching. Many stay in connection with the College for years beyond their service.

The College provides an extensive range of professional development opportunities throughout each year to enable staff to extend their practice, nurture a passion for their craft and meet ongoing educational requirements. The Xavier Social Club also provides opportunities to gather informally outside of school hours to strengthen collegial relationships.
Staff have access to excellent facilities including the gym and swimming pool for personal use at selected times, free onsite parking, EAP support and salary packaging opportunities.
