Things at Xavier College look a lot different since our Estimating Team last called in to check it out!
With the bulk excavation of the site complete and all shotcrete retention walls up, the crew have been hard at work on the Years 7 & 8 Building and Chapel Oval.
The in-ground plumbing is underway to the ground floor slab of the Years 7 & 8 Building and to the Chapel Oval change rooms. On the Chapel Oval Car Park, work on the pad footings is continuing, the suspended slab post-tensioning is being built in preparation for a concrete pour, and table forms are going into position for future concrete pours. There is now temporary power supply so we can work safely in the underground Car Park.
